Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Repuvane, a product of Mavaro Systems LLC ("Mavaro Systems," "we," "us"). By creating an account or using Repuvane, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service​

Repuvane reads customer reviews for your business, drafts suggested replies using AI, and lets you approve, edit, reject, or escalate each one before anything is sent or posted. Repuvane does not post a reply to any third-party platform (Google, Yelp, Facebook, or otherwise) without your explicit approval.

2. Accounts​

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for activity under your account. If you invite teammates, you're responsible for their use of Repuvane under your business.

3. Acceptable Use​

You agree not to use Repuvane to:

  • Post replies that are false, defamatory, harassing, or that violate a third-party platform's own terms of service.
  • Attempt to circumvent the human-approval step for any reply.
  • Reverse-engineer, resell, or use the service to build a competing product.

4. AI-Generated Content​

Repuvane's drafts are generated by AI and are suggestions only. You are responsible for reviewing and approving (or editing) every reply before it's treated as final — Repuvane is not responsible for the content of a reply you approve.

5. Third-Party Platforms​

Where Repuvane connects to a third-party review platform (Google, Yelp, Facebook, or others as they become available), your use of that connection is also subject to that platform's own terms. Repuvane is not responsible for changes those platforms make to their APIs, policies, or availability.

6. Billing​

Pricing tiers and billing terms are described on the Pricing page. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

7. Termination​

You may stop using Repuvane and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account for violating these Terms.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability​

Repuvane is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mavaro Systems LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Changes to These Terms​

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated before they take effect.
