This Privacy Policy explains how Mavaro Systems LLC collects, uses, and protects information when you use Repuvane.

1. Information We Collect​

Information you provide directly​

Account details (name, email, password or social sign-in) via Clerk, your business profile (name, type, address), voice settings, and any review text you paste in manually.

Information collected automatically​

Basic usage data (pages visited, actions taken) for the purpose of operating and improving the product.

Information from third parties​

Once a review-platform connection is live, review content and ratings from that platform (Google, Yelp, Facebook) for the business account you connect. See Integrations for what's live today.

2. How We Use Your Information​

  • To operate the service — draft replies, store your decisions, and maintain your reply history.
  • To send AI drafting requests to Anthropic's Claude API, including your voice settings and the review text, in order to generate a suggested reply.
  • To communicate with you about your account (invites, support, service updates).
  • To improve Repuvane's reliability and features.

3. Data Sharing​

We share data with the service providers that power Repuvane, and only as needed to operate it:

  • Clerk — authentication and account management.
  • Convex — application database.
  • Anthropic — AI drafting (review text + voice settings are sent per drafting request; not used to train a model shared across other businesses).
  • Vercel — application hosting.

We do not sell your data or your customers' review data to third parties.

4. Data Storage and Security​

Data is stored with Convex and access-controlled per business account — one business's reviews and settings are not visible to another business. See Security for more detail.

5. Data Retention​

Your business data is retained as long as your account is active. Reply History is append-only by design — a decision, once made, is kept as part of the permanent record and is not deleted individually, though your full account and its data can be deleted on request.

6. Your Rights​

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. See GDPR for EU/UK-specific rights. To exercise any of these rights, contact info@mavarosystems.com.

8. Children's Privacy​

Repuvane is a business tool and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

9. International Users​

Repuvane's infrastructure providers (Clerk, Convex, Vercel, Anthropic) may process data in the United States and other countries. By using Repuvane, you consent to that processing.

10. Changes to This Policy​

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated before they take effect.
