Working the Review Queue

The Reviews page is your to-do list — every review that hasn't been decided yet, each with a suggested reply already drafted underneath it.

Reading a review card

Each card shows:

  • The reviewer's name, the platform (Google, Yelp, Facebook), and their star rating.
  • A sentiment chip (positive, neutral, negative).
  • A confidence score — how sure Repuvane is that the draft is a good match.
  • The suggested reply itself.

Making a decision

  • Approve — marks the reply as sent, exactly as drafted.
  • Edit — change the wording first, then approve. Your edited version is what gets recorded.
  • Reject — the draft is wrong or you don't want to use it. Nothing is sent.
  • Escalate — this needs a real person's judgment (a refund demand, angry language, anything serious). It moves to the Escalations queue instead.

Filtering the queue

Use the filter tabs to narrow what you're looking at: needs approval, low confidence, negative, or 5-star. Nothing is hidden permanently — filters just change the view.

Adding a review manually

Until a live platform connection exists for your account, click Add review to paste one in by hand — author, platform, star rating, and the review text. The same draft-and-decide flow runs on it exactly as it would on a review that arrived automatically. See Integrations for what's live today.

Regenerating a draft

If a draft doesn't feel right, use Regenerate with AI to have Repuvane draft it again using your current voice settings — useful right after you've updated your tone or added new example replies.
