Analytics & Overview

The Overview page is your dashboard home screen — a quick read on how you're doing without digging into the full queue.

What each card shows​

  • Queue waiting — how many reviews still need a decision, plus total reviews tracked.
  • Approval rate — of decided reviews, what fraction were approved (as drafted or edited).
  • Escalations open — how many reviews are currently waiting in the escalation queue.
  • AI drafts this month — how many replies Repuvane has drafted this calendar month. This is business-wide and doesn't reset per channel.

Review activity and queue health​

A live feed of the most recent reviews, plus a breakdown of what's waiting vs. already completed — the fastest way to see whether you're keeping up.

Reputation pulse​

  • Average rating — across every review tracked.
  • Rating trend — this week's average vs. last week's, so you can see the direction things are moving, not just a snapshot.
  • Weekly response rate — of the reviews that came in over the last 7 days, what fraction you've already acted on.

Filtering by channel​

Use the channel selector (All / Google / Yelp / Facebook) at the top of Overview to see every stat scoped to just one platform — useful once you have more than one connected. Search narrows further, by author, review text, or platform. See Integrations for how to control which channels show up here.

Product Setup checklist​

New accounts see a short checklist — business created, voice profile started, example replies pasted, first review decision made — with a Next best action button that always points at the single next thing worth doing. This stays business-wide regardless of which channel you're viewing.
