Integrations
Google Business Profile, Yelp, and Facebook are the channels Repuvane is building toward first — where most local-service reviews already live. Each platform has its own rules, so they don't all arrive the same way.
Google Business Profile
The least gated of the three. You sign in with the Google account that manages your Business Profile and grant Repuvane access through a standard Google consent screen — no special platform approval required beyond your own consent. Once connected, new reviews import automatically and replies can post directly back to Google.
Yelp
Yelp's public API only exposes a handful of your most recent reviews — full history isn't available without a direct Yelp partnership. More importantly, posting replies back to Yelp automatically isn't supported by any public API today, so Yelp starts as read-only import: you'd see and manage Yelp reviews inside Repuvane, but replying happens through Yelp's own tools until that changes.
Facebook
You connect the Facebook Page for your business and grant Repuvane access to its reviews and recommendations. Meta has to approve the app for the reply-posting permission first (their App Review process) — this can take days to weeks and isn't guaranteed on the first submission. Reading reviews can work sooner than posting replies, similar to Yelp.
What's live today
None of the three are connected yet — this page describes what each connection will actually do once it ships, not what's available right now. Until then, use Add review on the Reviews page to paste reviews in by hand; the full approve/edit/reject/escalate workflow runs on them exactly the same way.
Beyond the first three
Industry-specific review sites (Healthgrades, Zocdoc, Angi, HomeAdvisor, TripAdvisor) and broader feedback channels (customer surveys, website forms, social comments, support messages) are on the roadmap, prioritized by real demand — see the Integrations tab in your dashboard to signal which one you need.
Showing a channel in your Overview
Once you have real data flowing in from a channel, use the Show in Overview toggle on the Integrations page to add or remove it from your dashboard's channel selector.
