Changelog

Public-facing summary of what's shipped, kept up to date as things ship — not just at launch. For the full internal engineering record, see the release notes in the app repository.

Update — August 2026

Changes to how things work — read these two first

  • Reviews now route themselves automatically. A 1-2 star review, or one mentioning a refund, legal action, or a manager/owner request, moves straight to the Attention Center instead of waiting in the routine queue. A 5-star review (except on Yelp, which is always held for manual approval) gets an AI draft ready automatically. Nothing posts without your approval — this only changes where a review lands, not what happens to it.
  • Plan limits are now real. Starter (100 AI drafts/month) and Growth (300/month) will actually stop "Regenerate with AI" once you hit your monthly allowance, with a clear message explaining why. Pro has no cap. The Plan guardrail card on Overview shows exactly where you stand.

New

  • Reputation Confidence — a single 0-100 score on Overview and in your weekly digest email, combining response coverage, open Attention Center items, and your rating trend into one number.
  • Weekly results email, sent every Monday — response coverage, response time, and rating trend for the past week, only sent when there's something to report.
  • Escalations is now called the Attention Center everywhere in the app — same queue, same behavior, clearer name.
  • Manager and Responder team roles. Inviting a teammate now asks which access level they need: Manager (everything a Worker always had) or Responder (Reviews and the Attention Center only). Existing teammates keep full Manager-level access.
  • Saved review views — name and reuse a filter + search combo on the Reviews page.
  • A "What's New" page right in your dashboard (you're looking at the public version of it) — so changes like these show up before you stumble on them.
  • Public documentation site at docs.repuvane.com, including Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Security, and GDPR pages (drafts, pending full legal review).
  • Real billing — Repuvane no longer has a self-serve free signup. Subscribing through Pricing leads to an actual Stripe Checkout, and your account is created once that completes.
  • A "pricing justified" panel on the Pricing page showing the time-saved math behind each plan.

Also

  • Brand refresh — Repuvane's color moved from teal to red, to stay distinct from sibling Mavaro Systems products.
  • Sentiment/topic/urgency classification is now backed by a real model call (previously a simple star-rating heuristic) — this feeds both the Attention Center's triage and the AI-drafted reply itself.

v0.1.0 — initial launch

Account & business setup

  • Sign up and sign in with Clerk.
  • Business onboarding — name, type, and address (for owners running more than one location under the same name).
  • Organization name, separate from business name — the umbrella company shown in your dashboard, useful once you invite a team.

Review workflow

  • Review queue with approve/edit/reject/escalate on every draft.
  • Add a review manually — the practical way to use Repuvane before a live platform connection exists.
  • Attention Center for anything that needs a human's judgment, sorted by urgency (originally launched as "Escalations" — renamed, same feature).
  • Reply History — a permanent, append-only record of every decision.

Voice

  • Voice Settings: tone, example replies, do-not-say phrases, sign-off, and three tuning sliders (formal↔friendly, concise↔detailed, conversational).
  • Quick start presets for Voice Settings — four named starting points instead of blank sliders.
  • AI drafting via Anthropic's Claude, using your voice settings as the drafting instructions.

Team

  • Owner/Worker roles — invite a teammate by email from Settings → Team, backed by Clerk Organizations (Worker later split into Manager/Responder — see above).
  • A non-Owner teammate gets Reviews, Attention Center, Voice Settings, Integrations, and Reply History — not business Settings.

Dashboard

  • Dedicated dashboard workspace, separate from the public marketing site.
  • Overview with a channel selector (All/Google/Yelp/Facebook) and search, a Product Setup checklist, and a Next Best Action panel.
  • Contextual help panel — a "?" icon opens plain-language, per-page help without leaving the page.

Integrations

  • Integrations page for Google Business Profile, Yelp, and Facebook — what each connection will do once live, and what it takes to set up.
  • "Show in Overview" per-channel toggle.

Marketing site

  • Public, no-login Pro Demo — a full walkthrough of the real dashboard with realistic sample data, nothing ever saved.
  • Pricing page.
