Team Roles
Repuvane keeps team access simple, on purpose: two roles, not a permission matrix to configure.
Owner
The person who created the business. Full access to everything, including:
- Business identity (name, type, address, Organization name)
- Team — inviting and removing Workers
- Everything a Worker can do (Reviews, Escalations, Voice Settings, Integrations, Reply History, Overview)
There's exactly one Owner per business, and it can't be reassigned by inviting someone — it's whoever created the account.
Worker
Anyone you invite from Settings → Team. A Worker gets:
- Overview
- Reviews
- Escalations
- Reply History
- Voice Settings
- Integrations
A Worker does not see the Settings tab at all — business identity and the Team list are Owner-only, both in the navigation and if they try to reach the URL directly.
Why only two roles
Most small teams don't need a permission matrix — they need "the owner" and "everyone helping with reviews." If your needs outgrow that, let us know.
How invites work
See Inviting Your Team for the step-by-step. Under the hood, Repuvane uses Clerk Organizations — your invite is a real email sent by Clerk, not a custom link you have to track down.
