Voice Settings
This page teaches Repuvane how to sound like you. Every field here feeds directly into the AI drafting prompt — nothing is decorative.
Quick start presets
If you're not sure where to begin, the Quick start row sets the tone line and all three sliders together to a concrete, named combination:
- Warm & casual — sounds like a friendly text, not a form letter.
- Professional & polished — buttoned-up, a good fit for law firms, med spas, dental practices.
- Friendly & thorough — warm, but takes the time to address specifics.
- Short & to the point — one or two sentences, no fluff.
Pick one, then fine-tune from there.
Tone (one line)
A short, plain description — "Warm and professional," "Casual but respectful." This is read directly by the AI as an instruction.
The three sliders
- Friendly vs. formal
- Concise vs. detailed
- Conversational
Each one nudges which greeting, phrasing, and sentence length the draft leans toward.
Example replies
The single highest-leverage field on this page. Paste 2-5 replies you've actually sent before, separated by a blank line. Repuvane uses the opening of your first example as a direct style reference — this consistently produces better drafts than the tone line and sliders alone.
Do-not-say phrases
One phrase per line. Repuvane filters these out of every draft as a safety net, even if a phrase happens to slip in from an example reply.
Sign-off
How you close a reply — "— The Bright Smiles team," for example.
Saving
Changes only affect new drafts going forward — replies you've already approved are never rewritten retroactively.
