Reply History

A permanent record of every review you've already made a decision on — approved, edited, or rejected. Nothing here needs your attention; it's the paper trail.

What's recorded

Every status change is logged as its own event: the review arriving, a draft being generated, and the final decision (approved, edited, rejected, or escalated) — along with who made it and when. This is append-only. A decision, once made, is never erased, even if you change your mind about a review later.

Finding a specific reply

Use search and the filter tabs to find a specific past reply — useful for checking exactly what was sent to a particular customer, or reviewing how a certain type of review has typically been handled.

Why this matters

If a customer disputes what was said, or you're checking whether your voice guidelines are actually landing in practice, Reply History is the source of truth — not memory.
